A research stated that every time when chewing your food for alonger time might help you reduce the amount of calories consumed during a meal. The result from the volunteers had shown that chewed mouthful 40 times ate 12 percent less food than those who just chewed 15 times. I also tried this experiment when I having my meals, actually it is so tried to chewed for 40 times and somehow you will forget how many times you are being chewed in you mouth. And when you ate the "food" that you actually chewed for 40 times, you might think that is I eating baby food (as you know the food already...... Don't dare to picture it, except you want to lose your mood). But still to those who want to maintain their weight from eating it can be a best try.Well, just like Julia Child said "Bon Appetit (In French means used to wish someone enjoyment of the meal they are about to eat)"
